As the newly appointed president of ERA Real Estate, Sue Yannaccone has responsibility for a real estate franchisor operating in 33 countries with 2,350 offices and 37,000 sales associates worldwide. She has already proven she’s laser-focused on growth and innovation.
Colleagues say Yannaccone fosters an internal culture of transparency, collaboration, execution and accountability. “Our strategic direction is clear. We are charting a course for growth with innovation as the cornerstone of our plan,” she said.
She joined the company just last year as its chief operating officer, bringing two decades of expertise in real estate consulting, operations and sales. Colleagues say she’s successfully leveraged her knowledge and experience to facilitate and propel growth for the brand by enhancing ERA’s value proposition to brokers.
They describe her as a dynamic real estate leader with strategic thinking capabilities, strong business acumen and outstanding relationship skills. “I look forward to continuing to build upon ERA’s uniquely collaborative culture and the value proposition we provide to our affiliated brokers and agents as well as homebuyers and sellers around the world,” Yannaccone said.
Her experience leading organizations through transformational change, coupled with her innovative strategic insight, has played a significant role in ERA’s system-wide implementation of a holistic, end-to-end technology platform called Zap.
With a focus on franchisee engagement, satisfaction and growth, Yannaccone has also overseen the addition of a number of newly affiliated companies, notably in Houston, Beverly Hills and the Greater Boston markets, as well as several strategic mergers and acquisitions for existing brokers in Florida, Nevada, North Carolina and Ohio.
