I am and have been fiercely committed to purposeful mentoring—ensuring in particular, that smart female lawyers have every opportunity to break through the glass ceiling. I have gladly dedicated thousands of hours to helping the next generation of female lawyers become the legal leaders of the future. Watching the successes of my mentees has brought me some of my proudest moments.
