Inspirational Leader Passionate about People
As one of the highest ranking women leaders at AT&T, Anne Chow’s colleagues say that her leadership is inspirational. A humble yet powerful leader, she’s passionate about technology, developing people, and being a trusted adviser for her customers and partners.
Chow is president of Integrator Solutions at AT&T. With more than two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, she’s held leadership positions in engineering, sales and operations, marketing, customer care, international operations, product management, and strategic planning.
She says the most important quality a woman leader should have is embracing and harnessing the power of people. “Women are natural connectors and have unique skills in understanding and growing relationships. We understand the power of communications and its multiple dimensions. Our social nature enables us to harness empathy, humility, and generosity of spirit,” she said.
Passionate about mentoring others and developing people, she has served on AT&T’s “T-University” governing board since its inception. In addition to leading several company-wide groups, Chow shares her experiences, coaching, and leadership through a weekly internal blog that has thousands of followers.
Among her numerous professional roles, Chow’s on the advisory board for the National Sales Network, on the Technology Advisory Committee for the Boys and Girls Club of America, serves as the vice chair of Asian American Justice Center’s Board of Directors, is a member of the National Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of the USA, and was recently named to Franklin Covey’s Board of Directors.
Chow holds a Bachelor of Science and Masters of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University, as well as her MBA with Distinction from The Johnson School at Cornell. She is the recipient of numerous accolades for her widespread contributions to business and the community.
