How Our Leadership Awards Work

Profiles in Leadership Journal™ recognizes accomplished individuals whose leadership, experience, and ideas deserve to be seen and heard.

Organizations may nominate leaders for consideration in one of our established award categories. Every nomination is reviewed, and submitting a nomination does not guarantee that the candidate will be selected.

The nomination fee is $495. If the candidate is not selected, the fee is fully refunded.

For each accepted nominee, the fee covers the complete recognition and publication process. This includes editorial and production services, the professional design and publication of a full-page profile in Profiles in Leadership Journal™, and a finished PDF that the honoree and nominating organization may share.

Each honoree also contributes a personal essay. This important part of the profile gives the individual an opportunity to speak directly about the experiences, ideas, and values that have shaped their leadership.

The nomination fee pays for the preparation and publication of the completed profile. It does not guarantee selection or purchase the accomplishments for which the individual is being recognized.
