Announcing the 2024 Women Worth Watching® in Leadership Award Winners
Outstanding women leaders across the world honored by Profiles in Diversity Journal®
[CLEVELAND, OH Aug 9, 2024] Profiles in Diversity Journal® is pleased to announce the 70 recipients of the magazine’s 23rd annual Women Worth Watching® in Leadership Awards. They join more than 2,000 former Award recipients (www.womenworthwatching.com) who exhibit dedication to their careers, their families, their community and the young adults who they often mentor in their fields.
These women are truly worth watching for they are amazingly creative at their jobs and in their communities. Over the years, Profiles in Diversity Journal® has compiled a long list of these overachievers who have gone from associate to partner at prestigious law firms or from vice president to CEO or onto founders of their own companies. They are often in great demand even after they retire and they are valued as board members and consultants. That is, to say, that their success is long term and they are often noted by others after they take a bow in the pages of our journal.
In addition, their words of wisdom, as reflected in their essays, are usually powerful and well worth your attention. They advise new employees eager to climb their own career ladders to find mentors, reject naysayers and take on more difficult roles, even if they make them uncomfortable. And many of these leaders stress the importance of being mentors and of giving back to their communities as their North Star.
“It is wonderful to get to know these exciting leaders and we applaud the organizations that are nominating them for this prestigious award,” said Profiles in Diversity Journal’s Publisher James Rector. “They make it easy for us to honor their outstanding staff who are sure to be leaders of industry someday.”
The Q3 edition of Profiles in Diversity Journal® will feature our 2024 Women Worth Watching® in Leadership award winners.
